MA Data Analysis
	This page will lead to detailed microarray expression data from experiments done on bone derived tissues (cell culture or intact bone) using either our in house cDNA gene collection or the Affymetrix platform. From the list of posted experiments, you can either see more experimental detail for the specific experiment (click description link) or go directly to the data (click ExpID link). A brief set of directions will be given to help query the database. You can obtain more detail on the bone and connective tissue gene collection that were are developing, and the methods that our microarray core is using for labeling and hybridizing our printed slides.
